ReThink Conflict: A New Approach to Anger Management

Neighborhood Accountability Board (NAB) Training
In-person
Provides hands-on learning and skill building for community members who want to take an active role in a Restorative Justice process. Community members are an essential part of NABs, which bring together everyone affected by harm to share their perspectives and collaborate on solutions that address everyone’s needs.

This training meets the qualifications for MO or KS mediation certification.
*Must have completed ICR Training with CCR before taking this training.

Learn about the indigenous roots of RJ, concepts of dignity and universal needs, how RJ differs from criminal justice, and using RJ processes to break the cycle of violence and repair relationships. This workshop offers a basic introduction to concepts and how to apply them.

Trauma Awareness & Healing

Trauma, and the effect it can have on our lives can last a lifetime. This class will begin to uncover types of trauma, how we might experience it, and ways to move through it. We are not destined to “ just live with it“. If you are a practitioner or looking for personal insight, this experience has something to offer.
